1. Services Provided & Business Structure
- The Model: The Flooring Guyz operates on a transparency model. Preliminary estimates provided over the phone are for informational purposes and are based on the square footage provided by the user.
- Installation Services: All construction, labor, and installation services are exclusively performed by our licensed partner, ASYS Construction INC, a licensed and insured contractor.
- Consultation & Materials: Infinity Studio LLC (dba The Flooring Guyz) provides design consultation, material selection via our exclusive showroom, and project management.
- Contractual Agreement: Final pricing and project execution are subject to a formal, signed contract between the client and the service providers.
2. Project Minimums & Scope
- 700 Sq. Ft. Minimum: Our advertised “All-In” surface packages ($5.99/sq. ft. and $6.99/sq. ft.) are subject to a 700 square foot project minimum. Projects falling below this threshold may be subject to custom pricing.
- All-Inclusive Coverage: Advertised pricing covers standard floor surface materials and labor. Additional custom work, including but not limited to stairs, baseboards, and subfloor leveling, are considered add-ons and will be priced separately during the formal estimate.
3. Showroom Access
Access to our physical showroom and material samples is provided as a complimentary service to clients following an initial phone consultation and price estimate. We reserve the right to limit showroom access to serious prospective clients who meet our project minimums.
4. Personal Information and Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected (including phone numbers and project details) is used to provide estimates and coordinate consultations. We may share this information with our licensed partner, ASYS Construction INC, to facilitate your installation. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
5. Payment and Billing
Payments are structured in phases (Deposit, Material Delivery, and Completion), which will be clearly outlined in your specific service contract.
6. Warranties and Guarantees
Our flooring products come with specific manufacturer warranties. Labor is backed by a professional guarantee provided by the installer. Detailed warranty documents will be provided upon the signing of the project contract.
7. Limitations of Liability
Infinity Studio LLC is a project management and material consultation firm. While we coordinate with licensed installers, liability for physical construction and site safety rests with the licensed contractor of record, ASYS Construction INC, to the extent permitted by Nevada law.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any unresolved disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Nevada state laws and may require direct negotiation or binding arbitration.
